How long does my project take to be completed?

• Photography: 2 weeks.

• Videography: 1 Month (2 weeks on smaller projects).

Do I receive previews?

• Photography does not normally come with previews, but can be granted upon request depending on availability. (Photography previews usually come in within 48 hours. Photo picks must be made within 36 hours of receiving file unless specified otherwise.)

• Videography often has many iterations of projects and previews of video projects will be sent through frame.io

How many revisions do I get?

• Photography gets no revisions unless otherwise specified

• Videography gets 2 sets of revisions.

• Notes on revisions must be submitted within 3 days of receiving file unless otherwise specified. Failure to comply with this rule may result in loss of a revision.

How long between revisions?

• Depending on availability revisions can be completed same day, but on larger projects it can be expected to take up to a week.

How do I receive files?

• All finals are sent through wetransfer (email).

• Previews are often sent through frame.io for video projects.

How long do I have to download files?

• 1 week through wetransfer unless otherwise specified.

• Resending files may incur a fee.

Why charge a studio fee?

• Studio shoots are often owned by third parties and the studio fee covers the cost of renting the space.
